James Rudnick, the founder and owner of Rudnick Development, has been in the commercial real estate business for over twenty years.  Graduating from Florida State University in 1980, he soon began his career in the real estate field.  His experience and knowledge in the market has helped shape many real estate deals and will help your company by offering affordable space and quality property management.

The staff at Rudnick Development is second to none.  With Property Managers located at various buildings around the U.S. and complete in-house maintenance and janitorial staffs, Rudnick Development is always on call to make sure the tenants at all of our properties are satisfied with their leasing environments.  The office staff, located at corporate headquarters, is there to ensure all billing needs and inquiries are met to the satisfaction of each tenant.
